APP Expands CSR Commitment to North American Market


Toronto, ON – (May 27, 2015) – Asia Pulp & Paper (APP), one of the world’s largest integrated pulp & paper manufacturers today announced it has donated 50,000 coloring books to Starlight Children’s Foundation, a leading global charity that partners with experts to improve the life and health of kids families around the world. The coloring books will be made available to kids at more than 580 children’s hospitals, clinics, camps, respite houses and other pediatric facilities on the Starlight Wish List platform all across the United States and Puerto Rico.

“We are proud to partner with the Starlight Foundation on this exciting initiative. Our goal is to provide the young people of Starlight Children’s Foundation creative ways to make their experience more pleasant and to keep their spirits high, and we hope these coloring books will do just that,” said Michael McManus, APP Director of Corporate Communications. “For APP, this partnership was the perfect opportunity to utilize our creative design team and high-quality paper materials for an organization that can truly make a positive impact.”
